Laser Diode Driver

This laser diode driver is capable of driving and modulating Red, BluRay, and IR laser diodes, as well as any variety of laser diode that requires a drive current up to 0.4 A. Measuring a mere 20.5mm by 12.5mm, this driver was designed with compact and custom setups in mind. This driver is full analog modulation capable with a signal of 0 to 5 V. This laser diode driver has safeguards built in to protect the diode to assure your setup a long life. Red and IR laser diodes require a supply voltage of 5V. BluRay laser diodes require a supply voltage of 7.5V. Please note that with this laser diode driver, the laser diode is electronically floating, and it requires that the laser diode's ground be isolated from the driver's ground signal. For best results, we suggest pairing this driver with the LASORB device.
